One request, one local roofer
BC Quote uses a one-contractor-per-request model. We use the project type, location and service coverage to route the request to one local roofer rather than distributing the same homeowner details to a list of companies.
What we look for
We look for strong public customer reviews, established local roofing experience, appropriate service coverage and a sensible fit for the project type. References to “top-rated” describe strong publicly available ratings and reviews at the time a contractor is considered; ratings can change.
Free for homeowners
There is no fee to submit a quote request through BC Quote and no obligation to hire the contractor that contacts you. Roofing contractors may pay BC Quote a referral or lead fee for qualified project requests. Any estimate, contract, payment, warranty or roofing work is handled directly between you and the independent contractor.
Focused on British Columbia
The roofing service currently accepts requests across Greater Vancouver and the Fraser Valley, from Chilliwack to North Vancouver. BC Quote may add other home-service categories over time as the platform develops.
Independent referral service
BC Quote does not inspect roofs, perform roofing work or guarantee a contractor’s quote or workmanship. Our role is to make the initial connection simpler and more focused.
