1. What BC Quote does

BC Quote is an independent referral and connection service. We help homeowners and property owners submit roofing requests to an independent contractor. BC Quote does not itself inspect, perform, supervise or warrant roofing work.

2. One-contractor referral model

BC Quote is designed to send each quote request to one contractor serving the relevant area rather than distributing the same request to multiple contractors. Contractor participation, availability and service coverage may change over time.

3. Contractor selection

BC Quote may consider factors such as project type, location, service coverage, timing and publicly available reputation information when deciding where to route a request. References to ratings or reputation are not guarantees of future performance.

4. Your relationship with the contractor

Any inspection, estimate, contract, payment, deposit, scheduling, workmanship, warranty, permit or dispute relating to roofing services is between you and the independent contractor. BC Quote is not a party to the roofing agreement.

5. No guarantee

Submitting a request does not guarantee that a contractor will accept the request, contact you, provide an estimate, be available on your preferred timeline, or perform the work. BC Quote does not guarantee pricing, workmanship, timing or results.

6. Information you provide

You agree to provide reasonably accurate information and to submit requests only for genuine projects for which you are authorized to seek services.

7. Contact about your request

If you consent through the quote form, BC Quote may share your request with one roofing contractor and that contractor may contact you by phone, text message or email about the project. You may withdraw that consent at any time.

8. Free homeowner requests

BC Quote does not charge homeowners to submit a quote request through this website. Any pricing, deposits or fees for actual roofing services are determined by the contractor and agreed directly between you and that contractor.

9. Website availability

We may update, suspend or discontinue parts of the website, service areas, categories or contractor relationships at any time.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BC Quote is not responsible for loss, damage, injury, delay, property damage or disputes arising from services performed or not performed by an independent contractor. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Your use of the website is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

Top-rated language

When BC Quote describes a roofing contractor as “top-rated,” we mean the contractor had strong publicly available customer ratings and reviews when considered for the referral. Ratings and reviews can change, are provided by third-party platforms or customers, and are not a guarantee of future workmanship, pricing or service.

How BC Quote may be paid

BC Quote is free for homeowners. Roofing contractors may pay BC Quote a referral, lead or marketing fee in connection with qualified project requests. This does not create an obligation for a homeowner to hire the contractor.
